Transparent Fees

Some management companies take their fees from the total booking amount (aka gross income, the larger figure) and may even add extra handling charges for each reservation.

We take a different approach.

Our management fee is calculated only on what you actually earn, after cleaning costs, booking platform fees, and guest taxes have already been deducted (aka the net, the smaller figure)

This means you’re never paying fees on money that doesn’t belong to you in the first place. With our trust accounting software, Clearing, everything is clearly itemised, so you can see exactly how each booking breaks down and understand where every dollar goes.
