Earn Cash, Credits or Free Getaways!
Here's how it works ⤵️
Refer
Anyone can refer homeowners interested in short-term renting to us. The referee just needs to complete the form on this page before they reach out or sign a contract of services.
Contract is signed
Once your referred homeowner signs up to our services, you are eligable for the cash, credits or free getaways!
Cash - money deposited straight into your bank account
Credits - if you already engage our STR management services we can apply a credit to your next statement
Free getaways - use your payout towards a stay at any of our Beyondbnb managed properties at StayIn.club.
Getting your bonus
You will receive $200 after the referee signs our standard 12-month management contract. We will reach out to find your prefered method of payout (cash, credit or stays).
Then after the referee has completed 12 continuous months active management with us, you will earn an additional bonus. The value of the second bonus depends on their property size. See our good to know section for more information.
Good to know
Before you refer a homeowner to us, be sure to fill out the form above before they sign their contract so we can properly track your referral reward(s).
You will receive $200 for every property that signs with us, either in cash, account credit (if we currently manage your property) or getaway credits on our direct booking website www.StayIn.club. Please note, all credits need to be used within 18 months of issue.
After the referred property has been available for rentals over 12 consecutive months, you will receive an additional payout or credit based on your referred property size.
- Studio or 1 Bedroom – $50
- 2 Bedroom – $150
- 3 Bedroom – $200
- 4+ Bedroom – $300
Please note that if the homeowner blocks their property for more than 3 months within the first 12 months, the payout or credit amounts listed above may be adjusted.
Credits cannot be applied retroactively. To be eligible for referral credits, a completed referral form must be submitted before the homeowner signs a management contract.
