Or 18% or 15% depending on your service level.
Owner keeps the rest
Simple as that.
Turnover and Laundry
With each stay, the guest pays a cleaning fee. This covers 100% of the per stay turnover and laundry service.
After each month you will receive an invoice with your management fees, as well as the cleaning fee and channel fee flow through expenses.
A detailed statement of reservations can be viewed at your personalized Google Drive link which is in the footer of each invoice. It is from this statement that the totals on your payment invoice are derived from.
You are billed for each check in that occurred in the month previous. For invoices including reservations for multiple months, invoices can be paid in instalments.
Payments are due on or before the 15th of each month. We appreciate timely payment of your invoice. Late penalties may be assessed
With Beyondbnb 100% of the reservation payout is deposited directly into your bank account. Depending on the channel and type of booking, the payout is usually made 24 hours after a guest checks in. Or it may be paid out to you at time of booking.
Included in your payout will be the cleaning fee and channel fee if applicable. These flow through expenses will be added to your monthly invoice.
Currently we accept payment by Interac direct deposit. Please send your payments to accounts@beyondbnb.ca
Please include your invoice number in the notes.
Credit card payments can be enabled by request, for a 3% processing fee.
We are working with our financial partners to explore other more convenient payment options.
It is expected that payments will be made on or before the due date.
We reserve the right to assess late payment penalties and/or redirect future reservation revenue to pay unpaid bills.
When you go beyond airbnb with us, the way that channel fees (commissions) works varies.
The channel fee is included in the nightly rate payout you collect.
But don't worry, we still charge our management fee on the nightly rate before the commission.
