Operations Supervisor - Invermere
This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, handy skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining properties and a small team.
Together, we're an amazing team.
Beyondbnb is a fully-managed short-term rental company operating across BC’s mountain resort communities. Our Invermere Division covers the Columbia Valley — including Invermere, Radium Hot Springs, and Panorama — a region known for its lakes, ski hills, and year-round outdoor lifestyle. We take the complexity out of hosting, so property owners can enjoy the rewards without the day-to-day demands.
As Operations Supervisor, you'll be the engine behind our daily operations — making sure every property is guest-ready, every team member is set up for success, and every standard is met with consistency and care. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager to translate strategy into action on the ground.

- Coordinate and support housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services staff
- Support onboarding and training of new team members alongside the Operations Manager
-
Foster a positive, accountable team culture aligned with Beyondbnb value
Quality & Guest Experience

Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and amenities meet brand standards
-
Respond to time-sensitive guest issues and coordinate fast, professional resolutions
-
Track recurring maintenance or quality issues and escalate with recommendations for permanent fixes
-
Maintain accurate property condition records and communicate updates to relevant team members
-
Handle basic emergency maintenance as needed (e.g. lock issues, minor repairs, urgent property concerns) — all complex or trade work is sourced to qualified contractors
Reporting & Communication
-
Provide regular operational updates and end-of-shift summaries to the Operations Manager
-
Monitor day-to-day operational performance and flag patterns or recurring issues to the Operations Manager
-
Flag operational inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement discussions

Strong organizational skills and a knack for juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball
-
Clear, confident communicator — both with your team and in written reporting
-
Comfortable with technology — property management software, scheduling tools, and messaging platforms
-
A proactive, solutions-first mindset: you spot problems before they become crises
-
