Who are Beyondbnb and StayIn.club?

Beyondbnb is a trusted short-term rental management company with independently operated teams across the East Kootenay region. Headquartered in Fernie, we manage around 300 properties in Fernie, Kimberley, Invermere, Panorama, Radium Hot Springs, and Fairmont Hot Springs.

Our local teams handle everything from professional turnover cleans and maintenance checks to licensing, guest support, and full-service rental management. We ensure each home is cared for so owners and neighbours alike can feel at ease.

StayIn is our guest-facing brand and direct booking platform — a curated site showcasing our collection of unique homes. While Beyondbnb manages the behind-the-scenes operations, StayIn is where guests explore and book their ideal home-away-from-home experience.

Together, Beyondbnb and StayIn deliver outstanding hospitality, while supporting our local communities, property owners, and visitors.

Managing guests

We understand the importance of maintaining a peaceful, respectful neighbourhood. Here’s how we ensure guests are a positive part of your community:

• Every guest goes through the booking platform’s vetting process.
• Clear house rules are outlined before booking — and must be agreed to by guests. Violations can result in fines or eviction.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, unless local bylaws or strata rules specify otherwise.
• All properties have a strict no party policy.
• Each property includes a guest guide with important details such as:
  • Parking instructions and vehicle limits
  • House rules and local expectations
  • Our 24/7 emergency contact number

Because of these measures, guest issues are rare. But if something does arise, know that we’ll take your report seriously and respond appropriately.
